One Community, Many Stories: Resilience

Psychologists define resilience as the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or significant sources of stress—such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems, or workplace and financial stressors.

Our programs themed to Resilience, featured the week of October 10:

Story Time Monday: Ms. Sarah will read some stories about resilience and there will be a resilience game or activity! This is all available in our Sensory Room where you can expect fun in a relaxing environment!

Story Time Wednesday: Ms. Cindy will read some stories about resilience and there will be a resilience game or activity! This is all available in our Sensory Room where you can expect fun in a relaxing environment!

Story Time Online Friday: Ms. Jenna will read some stories about resilience and there will be a craft with a grab bag available at the Library that Friday when the video posts to our Facebook & YouTube pages.

Tween Time: Ms. Cindy themes activities and crafts around resilience, all available in our Sensory Room.
