Reference
- Answer reference questions, using both print and electronic resources.
- Assist patrons with using the Internet.
- Assist patrons with using software applications.
- Assist patrons using the library catalog to identify and then locate library materials.
- Assist patrons in borrowing materials from other libraries located within the state of Ohio and also outside of the state of Ohio.
- Assist patrons who need to register to vote by making voter registration materials available.
- Assist patrons who need tax forms, FAFSA forms, and HEAP forms.
