Adopt a Magazine @ the Library
The library is looking for interested donors to help keep the magazine collection current and complete. Here is how donors can help:
- Send the library a check for the cost of a year's subscription for one of the periodicals currently received at the library . (Contact Director Mike Snyder for prices.)
- The library will place a sticker on the front of the periodical acknowledging your generosity. For example:
"This Time Magazine subscription is received courtesy of the Schmidt Family." - The library will send you a formal thank-you letter so that your donation is fully tax deductible.
If you would like to "adopt a magazine" at the Louisville Public Library, please contact library director Mike Snyder for more information. Some of the titles we would like to include are Time, Newsweek, People, Smithsonian, Mother Earth News, Forbes, Money, etc.
