Johnny Appleseed has always been an attraction for the children who visit the Louisville Public Library, but there are many new attractions to the Children's Department, such as:
- Many new books have been ordered for the Children's Department
- Graphic novels are now available.
- Wide variety of holiday books to get children interested in upcoming holidays.
- Seasonal CDs and DVDs.
- Fall Story Times (for information on how to times and how to sign up, stop in or call the library.
